RAFAEL PADILLA, PRINCIPAL
Rafael has been a real estate agent since 1986 and a broker since 1994. With nearly 500,000 real estate licensees in the state of California, experience and reputation are two of the most important qualities in a real estate professional. Rafael is in the top echelon of professionals in his industry and separates himself from others by having been a top producer for over ten years at a top 25 commercial brokerage firm in Los Angeles, serving as an expert witness and continually being asked his opinion on real estate trends as evidenced by his being quoted in such notable publications as the L.A. Times, Los Angeles Business Journal and Santa Monica Daily Press. Having grown up locally and attended both local community college and university in Los Angeles, Rafael has an insight to the market that few others possess. ARTHUR L. PETER, PRINCIPAL
Arthur Peter has been a real estate agent since 1990 and a broker since 1993. He has extensive experience in many areas of real estate brokerage from investment sales to multi-million dollar leases. His activity in the real estate industry is extensive as his memberships in the California Association of Realtors, Association of Industrial Realtors, Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, Malibu Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and Multiple Listing Service show. Arthur has served as an expert witness in real estate matters. He is active in his community and works with his local Boys and Girls Club.
GREGORY D. ECKHARDT, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Greg Eckhardt has consistently been a top producer for the company since he joined PAR Commercial Brokerage. Greg serves as a real estate advisor and broker to many prominent companies. His most notable transactions have included American Express, MSNBC, NBC, AEG and Lambert Studios in addition to countless other national companies. Greg is also a member of Multiple Listing Service and California Association of Realtors.
JEFFREY JAROW, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Jeffrey has lived in Santa Monica since 1977 and has been a real estate agent since 1983.
Prior to joining PAR Commercial, he worked with Great Western Bank (REO department). He represented the Resolution Trust Corp (RTC) disposing of bank properties when they failed, and represented the City of Los Angeles, and consummated a sale for their Planning and Building and Safety Department in West Los Angeles. Jeff has a successful history working with office, industrial, and retail listings in both leasing and sales.
He is currently the Vice Chair of the Executive Board of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, and Chairs the ‘Alliance’ Growth and Development Committee working directly with the City of Santa Monica’s Planning and Building and Safety Departments.
He was appointed by the Santa Monica City Council to an eight year term of the Convention and Visitors Bureau Executive Board and had served as its Chair for his last two years on that board.
Jeff is also the recently elected President of the Santa Monica Sister City Association and is currently on the Boards of the Santa Monica Family YMCA, Santa Monica Symphony, PONY Baseball League, Main St Business Improvement District (MSBID) and PTA Legislative Chair for SMASH public school.
Jeff is the co-founder and organizer of the Santa Monica 4th of July Parade on Main St.
MORGAN MALOUF, SALES AND LEASING ASSOCIATE
Morgan has specialized in the leasing of office properties throughout Southern California. Prior to joining PAR Commercial he was Executive Director at Madison Partners. His focus has been primarily representing Tenants and Landlords to help them achieve their real estate needs. He has concentrated on the West Los Angeles Submarket and as a result he is intimately familiar with the landlords, tenants and properties in this area. Morgan is a graduate of the University of San Diego and a Los Angeles native and you might say Morgan was born with real estate in his genes. His family has been involved in commercial real estate in California and Arizona for generations.
RUDY QUINTANAR, SALES AND LEASING ASSOCIATE
Mr. Quintanar specializes in Commercial/Industrial/ Investment Real Estate leasing and sales. He began his career in real estate in 1988. Previously with Lee & Associates for nearly 20 years, Rudy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients and is a valuable asset to PAR Commercial. He maintains membership with the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association, Association of Industrial Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Los Angeles Board of Realtors.
JOHN MOUDAKIS, SALES AND LEASING ASSOCIATE
John Moudakis, who is fluent in Greek and French, has approximately 15 years of Real Estate Experience in Southern California handling the sale of countless business opportunities as well as extensive experience in representing sellers and buyers of commercial properties, negotiating and processing all aspects of the sale of multi-family properties which has resulted in a high client retention rate for repeat business and business referrals. This is fostered by his dedication and willingness to work around the clock; he’s always checking his emails to see how he can be of service.
As a previous owner and/or operator of 17 restaurants and pubs in Montreal, Greece and Los Angeles, John has keen insider knowledge of the industry and uses this experience to assist many owners and buyers in the sale of bars, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants of all types.
GARY REED, SALES AND LEASING ASSOCIATE
Gary Reed has focused and specialized in commercial real estate since 2000 and has been active in both California and Arizona since 2004. He’s currently a full-time real estate agent specializing in retail leasing and sales, office leasing and sales as well as multi-family investments. In addition, he is acting President for Hairzoo (a hair salon chain) that oversees operations in CA and NY.
He is a graduate from Ithaca College with a BA in Business Administration and Concentration in Finance. After graduating, he worked on Wall Street as an Investment Banker with Deutsche Bank, working on the syndicate desk facilitating deals through various financial instruments consisting of IPO’s, secondary offerings and convertibles. Gary then took his retail expertise to Arizona where he continued to work with Hairzoo as well as take on the role as General Manager of Food and Beverage for major hotel brands.
A resident in Los Angeles since 2009, Gary now calls this his home. Gary is a proud and active member of the Santa Monica community. He’s currently a member of the Chamber of Commerce and The Sea Agency.
Gary’s exposure as a real estate agent, a retail tenant and a Food and Beverage General Manager has provided him a unique insight and sensitivity that helps both landlords and tenants.
